Due to budgetary restrictions, the Department of
Botanics could only book a locust flight
to combat the plague in situ. Unfortunately, all flights were fully booked a
week in advance and so the Archbishop offered the holicopter at his disposal at a reasonable price.
In the area, there were many tall plants producing
edible sweet juicy fruit, rounded but elongated and growing smaller toward the
stem. For that reason, special caution had to be taken in order not to impear them, being as they were
seriously damaged by the last hurrycane,
with winds of more than 155 mph.
